Netflix Not working on Sony Smart TV
Fix 1 – Update the Netflix app on your Sony TV. Sometimes the apps wouldn’t work if it is not up to date. Go to Play Store and select the Netflix app then click Update.
Fix 2 – Clear Caches to free up some space. This will help to open and access the app contents without any trouble.
Fix 3 – To restart the Sony Smart TV press and hold the power button on the remote for about 5-10 seconds. Or unplug the TV from the power source for about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in.
