How to Unlock Hotel Mode on Samsung Smart TV

The Hotel Mode or Hospitality Mode is a feature available only on Samsung CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) TVs. In the Hotel Mode, the guest user can’t alter the settings on the TV. Only the registered admin user can change it. The Hotel Mode on your Samsung Smart TV prevents you from accessing the channels which are not pre-programmed on your TVs. By unlocking the Hospitality Mode on your Samsung Smart TV, you can disable all the restrictions set by the administrator. However, you can unlock the Hospitality Mode by entering a remote code or performing some troubleshooting techniques.

Unlock Hospitality Mode on Samsung TV With Remote Codes

[1] Turn on your Samsung TV and press Mute–1-1–9–Enter. This directs you to Hotel Mode.

[2] You will find settings like power on, volume buttons, and many more.

Detach Samsung TV from Network

[1] Navigate the back of your Samsung TV and look for telephone or network cables.

[2] Now, unplug the network and power cables.

[3] Long press the Power button on your remote control.

[4] After that, reconnect all the cables and turn on your Samsung TV.
