How to Watch NFL Game Pass on LG Smart TV

After all the preseason dramas, the main NFL (National Football League) started. For LG Smart TV users, you can install the NFL Game Pass from the Content Store.

On May 2022, NFL released an official statement that the NFL Game Pass app is available for LG TVs that are manufactured from 2017 and above models. With that, you can watch all the NFL live games on your LG TV without casting your smartphone or PC. However, you can’t install the NFL Game Pass on webOS3.5 and below models. If your LG TV is running in webOS3.5 or older OS, you have to update your LG Smart TV.

How to Install NFL Game Pass on LG Smart TV

(1). On your LG Smart TV, open the Content Store.

(2). As the NFL is a trending app, you may find the app in the Featured section. If not, click the Search icon.

(3). Enter NFL or NFL Game Pass.

(4). Select the NFL app from the results.

(5). Tap the Install button to get the app.

(6). Open the NFL Game Pass and sign in with your account.

(7). Watch all the NFL live matches and highlights on your LG Smart TV.

How to Cast NFL Game pass on LG Smart TV

If you are using the older models of LG Smart TV, you have to cast the NFL app on your TV from your smartphone or PC.

Using Smartphone

(1). Connect your smartphone and the LG Smart TV to the same WiFi network.

(2). Launch the Google Play Store and install the NFL app on your Android smartphone.

(3). Open the NFL app and log in to your NFL Game Pass subscription.

(4). Select the Cast icon and choose the LG Smart TV.

(5). Click the NFL match on the app and watch the live streaming on the smart TV.

Using PC

You can also watch the NFL live matches on the NFL’s official website. Ensure the LG Smart TV and the PC are connected to the same WiFi connection.

(1). Open the Google Chrome browser on the PC and type NFL in the search.

(2). Visit the NFL official site and tap Game Pass at the top.

(3). Sign in with your NFL Game Pass credentials.

(4). Tap the three vertical dots icon (Customize and control Google Chrome).

(5). Scroll down and choose the Cast option.

(6). Select the LG Smart TV from the available devices.

(7). Connect to the LG Smart TV and tap the Sources drop-down.

(8). Click the Cast tab option.

(9). Play any of the NFL matches on your PC. It will appear on your LG TV.
